In order to teach the CWS programs, schools must be authorized. Every authorized School will be able to offer CWS programs and will be recognized as a Canadian World Schools. No matter where your school is located, it can be eligible to complete the CWS authorization process to offer the Canadian International Diploma ® (CID) program. CWS is looking for schools around the world to expand CWS partnership globally. The CWS partnership is limited and competitive.  Only selected schools shall become CWS world schools, specifically demonstrating capabilities of performance and quality. CWS world schools shall enhance your school’s prestige and recognition in your designated region and around the world.

Many international schools around the world are using an English Curriculum from the United Kingdom or United State of America but most of the schools are not issuing official transcript or graduation diploma from those curriculum based countries. CWS World Schools students around the world will have a complete student record from Kindergarten to grade twelve (12) in CWS Headquarter in Canada which will be inspected by the CWS inspectors regularly. All school marks and student achievements will be transmitted to CWS headquarter database and hard copies will be keep for 55 years in Canada. All Report Cards, Transcript and High School Diploma has government trademark and logo and can be identified by universities around the world. On a semi annual basis, the students’ information and completion of courses will be sent to Canadian government databases for record keeping, statistics and achievement history purposes. Language of instructions in many different schools around the world is in their native language(s) but some of the schools are teaching in English language as well.  These schools offer only their own countries report card, transcript and high school diploma.

CWS Schools around the world may have the option of having teaching instruction in the language of the hosting country for half the day and will include CWS courses in English for the balance of the day.   The students will receive a report card for all courses completed in the CWS program and will receive a CWS Canadian report card and transcript from Kindergarten to grade 12. After completing necessary courses and requirements of the Canadian high school diploma, students are able to apply for and be accepted to top ranking English language Universities around the world including top Universities in Canada, United State of America, United Kingdom, and Australia without writing the English language test exam requirements (TOEFL, IELTS and etc.).

After Completion of CWS authorization process schools will receive full support in order to implement the Canadian curriculum into their school and train school staff, school principal(s). CWS will provide all teaching materials and require the host school to have software and platforms, acquire lesson plans, home work templates, assignments and unit tests to accommodate teachers need in the classroom. All of the final tests will be design by CWS team at headquarter in Canada and will be use for all CWS schools around the world. CWS support  team in Canada are available 24 hours on a helpline for CWS schools around the world to help CWS schools teachers with any questions related to operations and teachings of the school and curriculum.

CWS students from grade 9 to 12 will have a mandatory CWS account. CWS high school students around the world will have 2 teachers for each subject. CWS support team in Canada and CWS world schools teacher in their own home country. CWS world schools teacher in their own home country will teach all of the CWS materials in the classroom on a daily basis. CWS support team in Canada will communicate daily with students through CWS state of art technology to record all of the learning process for each individual student and will keep all of the record for 2 years. CWS will keep the entire students file in CWS headquarter in Canada for 55 years.

CWS at headquarter will assess students and evaluate them by assignments and test to collect marks from student products for mid-term and final marks report card. CWS is committed to integrate one of the most advanced strategies, teaching and learning through fine arts (Visual Arts, Dance, Drama and Music) and encourage all CWS schools to make sure all of the subjects will be deliver in a very artistic style to bring interest to the classroom environments.

All of the test and Final exam will be designed by CWS Canada and will be delivered to schools to be administered by the teachers and school principal for the integrity and quality of final exams. All of final exams will be stored for 2 years for CWS quality assurance in headquarter in Canada and a final report for each class and learning skills with all of the assessments and evaluations in details will be send to families and schools for future academic planning.

About CWS Programs

CWS offers Kindergarten Program (KP), Elementary School Program (ESP), Middle School Program (MSP), and High School Diploma Program (HSDP). Your school can be authorized for one or all of the CWS programs.

• Kindergarten Program (KP), for students aged 3-5
• Elementary School Program (ESP), for students aged 6-10
• Middle School Program (MSP), for students aged 11-13
• High School Diploma Program (HSDP), Grade 9-12 for students aged 14-18

CWS authorization process, usually takes approximately between 2 to 3 months. CWS logo is the property of CWS Canada. CWS logo is mandatory to be used on school uniforms and can be used in addition to local school logos on uniforms. CWS World Schools are authorized to use CWS logo for school marketing and branding with CWS Canada written approval.
